Our mission

We do not want to simply build houses. We want to build good houses; houses that people enjoy living in, both now and in the future – that is our mission. It is with this aim in view that we approach every step in the planning process. People are at the core of every decision we make. So our houses are built to be lived in.

Our history

Sebastian Inhauser and Matthias Wilderer met through their common interests in architecture and books nearly 20 years ago. They quickly realized that they both were doers and thinkers. “Passionate pragmatism” is thus their philosophy, and it is in this spirit that they launched their joint real estate project in 2013.
